Dry heat CH 360 T is a dry heat sterilizer used for beauty salons, professional manicure rooms. Affordable, functional and reliable sterilizer provides highly effective cleaning and disinfection of accessories that the master uses in his work. Processing is carried out due to exposure to heated air for 60 minutes. The volume of the internal compartment is 1.8 liters, the power of the device is 300 W, the maximum operating temperature is 220 ° C.

The dry oven is made in a high-quality metal case. The model is presented in several colors: white, gray, green, orange and milky. The lid closes tightly. The plastic handle on top does not heat up during sterilization. Sturdy handles on the sides make it easy to move / carry the device. Rubber feet on the bottom provide stability and protect the work surface from scratches and heat. There are holes at the bottom for ventilation. The power cord is detachable. The connector for its connection is located on the rear wall of the case. The length is 1 meter, so you can place the device at a convenient distance from the outlet. Euro plug eliminates the need for additional adapters. Sukhozhar looks neat, does not take up much space and fits perfectly into any interior.

The 1.8 liter internal tank holds either one large craft bag with tools, or several small ones. The inner surface is mirrored. The perforated bottom and a special tray with low legs help to avoid burning the bags. The tray is conveniently removed with the help of two rings that cling to the protruding sides. That way you won't burn your hands.

On the front panel there are two regulators and two sensors: temperature and time. The temperature is adjustable from 30 to 200°C. The time can be set from 0 to 60 minutes. The adjustment buttons are mechanical and quite reliable, unlike touch ones. The indicator lamps light up when the dryer starts working. The green light is for degrees, the red light is for time.

Instructions for using dry heat CH 360 T:

  1. Take the device out of the box, remove the packaging and place it in a convenient place away from flammable objects. The device must be stable.
  2. Remove the blue film from the inside of the dryer.
  3. Connect the power cord to the socket. Check that it does not dangle, held tightly.
  4. The temperature and time adjustment buttons must be at zero.
  5. Connect the machine to the mains.
  6. Place the tray in the middle.
  7. If you are using the machine for the first time, you should carry out a preparation cycle (see the section below for steps).
  8. Tools must be laid in a dry and clean condition. Seal them in a kraft bag (in this case, the instruments can be stored for some time after sterilization) or place them in a tray without additional packaging (this method involves using the instruments immediately after the sterilization procedure). Close the lid tightly.
  9. Set the required time and temperature. Recommended indicators: from 30 minutes at 180°C. When setting the time mode, take into account the fact that the sterilizer heats up to the required temperature for the first 10 minutes, and only in the subsequent time does complete sterilization occur.
  10. The machine will start working when both indicators light up. If you set only one of the indicators (only temperature or only time), none of the indicators will light up.
  11. When finished, the lights will turn off. Carefully open the lid without touching the case itself. Using two rings, pry the tray over the protruding sides and remove it from the tank.
  12. Unplug the appliance from the mains and let it cool down.

How to conduct a preparatory cycle

Turn on the dry heat without loading at a temperature of about 200 ° C for about 20 minutes. The lid must be open and the machine must be in a well-ventilated place. It will emit an unpleasant odor, which will go away after the first or second use.

Tips for safe use of the sterilizer:

  • do not leave the device in a place accessible to children;
  • do not touch the case during operation;
  • do not leave flammable objects near the dry heat;
  • unplug the appliance from the mains after each use.
