Dry Heater SM-360B is a powerful and reliable dry heat sterilizer oven designed for sterilization of metal and heat-resistant instruments.

Dry heat sterilizer SM-360B is used for dry hot air sterilization of metal medical, manicure, pedicure, cosmetic instruments and nozzles in a kraft package, as well as glassware (with a mark of 200+ ° C).

The case of a dry-heat cabinet is made of corrosion-proof metal. Comfortable wooden handles are located on the sides. The plastic handle on the lid does not heat up, with its help you can safely open the dryer after work. There are rubberized feet on the bottom, thanks to which the sterilizer is stable, does not slip, and does not heat the surface underneath.

Inside, the lid and walls of the dry heat SM-360B are mirrored. The stainless metal tool stand is also mirrored.

The dryer is equipped with a convenient display with simple and understandable controls.

The dry oven SM-360B is equipped with all the necessary functions for high-quality sterilization:

  1. Timer + lamp-indicator of timer operation. The timer will allow you to control the sterilization time, which is determined depending on the degree of contamination and the material from which the instrument is made. The following time modes are available: from 0 to 90 minutes. When the sterilization time is over, the timer will notify you with a sound signal.
  2. Temperature regulator + lamp-indicator of work. Using the temperature controller, it will be possible to set the required temperature for sterilization. The temperature is determined depending on the material of the tool. Available temperature range: from 0 to 200°C.
  3. The display of the timer and temperature allows you to monitor the remaining time and the set sterilization temperature.
  4. Dryer SM-360T has a convenient push-button control.

The sterilizer is quite easy to use.

Instructions for use:

  1. To get started, connect the dryer to the outlet using the power cord. It comes with a Euro plug, so you won't need any adapters.
  2. Click on the power button. It is touch sensitive and works at the slightest touch.
  3. Use the regulator to set the desired amount of temperature. Turning the knob clockwise will increase the temperature, turning it counterclockwise will decrease it. When the digital display shows the desired temperature, press the knob like a button.
  4. To set the desired time, follow the steps described in paragraph 3. Recommended settings that kill most germs: 15 minutes 125 degrees.
  5. When the temperature and time are set, the dryer is ready to work. Click on the power button. Under the digital display of temperature and timer, the operation indicators will light up in red. The dryer will begin to warm up, the temperature on the display will increase until it reaches the previously set one. The timer display will show the remaining time.
  6. If you need to pause the dry heat, press the "PAUSE" button.
  7. At the end of the work, the dryer will emit a sound signal.
  8. Attention! Do not touch the body of the dry heat, it is hot! You can move the oven by holding the wooden handles on the sides. Open the lid using the plastic handle on top.
  9. The tool stand can be removed using the metal rings that come with the kit. To do this, hook the protruding edges of the metal stand with the rings and carefully remove it from the dry heat.
  10. Turn off the sterilizer by pressing the corresponding button.

Items are sterilized by first placing them in kraft bags.
