Translucent gel in a jar with a vacuum pump Cover Gel No. 02 - milky pink

Cover Gel — a camouflage gel with a classic “medium” consistency for strengthening and salon nail extensions up to medium length

Used for:

• strengthening short nails using the side technique

• architectural corrections using the “sawdust-free” technique

• medium length salon extensions

The gel has a consistency close to the base and controlled self-leveling, suitable for quick work. Translucent natural shades gently camouflage imperfections, creating the perfect base for jackets.

Easy to use and store thanks to the vacuum dosing system: one press = one drop. The volume of the drop is regulated by the force of pressure on the pump.

How to apply the gel:

0. Prepare the nail plate: remove the previous coating, perform a manicure, give the desired shape to the free edge of the nail.

1. Degreasing: mechanically (with a 180/240 file) and chemically (using Prep&Finish and a lint-free cloth) degrease the NP

2. Dehydration: apply Nail Fresher to the entire nail, let it air dry until a whitish tint appears on the surface of the nail.

3. Bonding: skip this step when using PRO Base-Bond adhesive base

4. Base coat: apply a priming, even layer of PRO Base-Bond base coat, carefully filling in the side walls and free edge. Cure the base coat in an LED lamp for 60 seconds. For ease of subsequent gel application, remove the sticky layer from the base.

5.1. Strengthening:

- with a gel brush, apply a thin layer of gel over the entire surface of the nail plate, leaving a distance of 1.5 mm from the cuticle

- apply a second leveling layer on the undried gel, taking into account the basic principles of modeling with liquid gels

- polymerize in an LED lamp - 90 seconds at a reduced power mode of 24 W

- remove residual stickiness using Prep&Finish and a lint-free cloth

- use a 150/180 grit file to gradually file the shape

- cut the natural nail from the inside by at least 1mm with a cutter or file.

5.2. Build-up:

- prepare/install the shapes one by one on each finger

- with a distance of 1.5 mm from the cuticle area, lay a thin base of the desired length and shape directly on the lower or upper form, and model the nail architecture with gel on it

- polymerize in an LED lamp - 90 seconds at a reduced power mode of 24W

- remove residual stickiness using PREP&FINISH and a lint-free cloth

- use a 150/180 file to gradually file the shape
