Universal wire bending pliers. For more precise bending and closing of the loops, notches on the working surfaces are used.

Design and properties - one of the cheeks has a cylindrical shape and is made in the form of three degrees of different diameters, the second cheek of the tongs is pyramidal in shape with a flat working surface and notches for holding the wire.
