Ultrasonic cleaning sterilizer VGT 2000 Ultrasonic Cleaner is a compact, ergonomic device designed for disinfection and effective cleaning of manicure instruments. The model combines stylish design, excellent operational properties, impeccable functionality. Inside the device, the devices are cleaned of various contaminants. Due to the action of liquid and ultrasound, grease, scale, dirt are removed from the surface, and pathogenic microorganisms are also destroyed. The equipment is suitable for processing cutlery, precious metal products, tools. It will be a great option for small salons or home use.

The ultrasonic bath is made in a body of high-quality ABS plastic in white and blue. It is quite compact and does not take up much space on your desktop. It has a sleek design and will fit into any interior. Lightweight and easy to transport, weighs about one kilogram.

The control panel consists of a small digital display and three control buttons:

  • ON / OFF - turn on / off;
  • TIME - timer, sets the cleaning time. You can set the following cycles: 180S, 280S, 380S, 480S, 90S;
  • DEGAS - activates the degassing function. To clean heavily soiled or greasy objects made from materials such as silver, copper or brass, it is necessary to add chemical solutions to the water. They can form a large number of small droplets that take a long time to dissolve in water. Additional added water may cause bubbles to form on the tank walls. This will reduce the cleaning effect at first. It is the degassing function that copes with this problem.

The PUSH button (located above the digital display) opens the lid when pressed. All switches are mechanical and reliable.

The inner tank of the ultrasonic cleaner VGT 2000 is made of stainless steel. Its volume is 600 ml. On the wall on the side there is a marking of the maximum filling with liquid (MAX). The dimensions are sufficient for cleaning manicure equipment such as scissors, pusher, nippers or cutters. The plastic basket on small legs avoids direct contact of the tools with the metal surface. The set includes a special stand for watch jewelry.

The sink operates at a frequency of 40 kHz and a power of 35 watts.

The lid has a transparent window through which you can monitor the cleaning process. It is retractable and cannot be completely removed.

On the sides of the case, special recesses are made for more convenient movement of the sterilizer units. The power cord exits from the back. It is equipped with a Euro plug, which does not require additional adapters. Its length is one meter, which is enough for convenient placement on the work surface. Rubber feet on the bottom help prevent scratches and add stability. At the bottom there is a factory sticker with a serial number and main technical characteristics.

 

Instructions for using the VGT 2000 ultrasonic cleaner:

  1. Install the sink in a convenient location. She must be stable.
  2. Open the lid by pressing the PUSH button. Fill the tank with the required amount of fluid. Place the items in the plastic basket, the filled basket in the tank. Remember that the liquid must completely cover the objects and at the same time not exceed the maximum level (MAX mark). Close the lid.
  3. Connect to the power supply. Plug the plug firmly into the socket. Attention! Do not turn on the machine without water.
  4. The LED display will show the number 180 - this timer is the standard default. To set a different time, press the TIME button. Each press will change the set time. When the desired number appears, press ON/OFF to start.
  5. A buzzing sound will be heard during operation. The appliance must not be operated for more than one hour in a row!
  6. Press DEGAS to activate the degassing function. It will turn off automatically after 300 seconds. To stop the function, press the same button again.
  7. When the time has elapsed, the operation will end automatically and “HI” will light up on the screen. Press ON/OFF to stop operation prematurely.
  8. Upon completion of work, disconnect the device from the network. Remove the cleaned items. Pour out the liquid in such a way that it does not get on the control panel and power cord.
  9. Clean and wipe with a dry cloth.
