 Tico Professional Pro Series Blonder - Means for lightening hair.

Pro Series Blonder brightens up to 7 levels to gently remove pigment from hair while minimizing damage to hair structure.

The classic BLONDer lightening powder is designed for all highlighting, lightening and decapitation techniques. When mixed with an oxidizing emulsion, OXIgen produces a paste-like mixture that spreads evenly throughout the hair.

  • Contains anti-yellow and anti-copper pigments that prevent unwanted yellow tint.
  • Guar gum (a substance obtained from a pea tree), which is part of the powder, allows you to get a soft, homogeneous consistency when mixed with an oxidizing agent.

How to use: OXIgen 12% oxidizers with BLONDer clarifying powder are recommended for use only with open lightening techniques and without contact with the scalp. We recommend the use of BLONDer clarifying powder with OXIgen oxidizing emulsions for TICOLOR Permanent Intense Cream Color.

  1. The recommended ratio for standard lightening and highlighting techniques is 1 part BLONDer lightening powder + 2 parts OXIgen oxidizing emulsion (3%, 6%, 9%, 12%).
  2. With open bleaching techniques (without foil), it is recommended to dilute the bleaching powder with an oxidizing agent in a ratio of 1:1. For decapitation techniques, it is recommended to dilute the clarifying powder with an oxidizing agent from 1:3 to 1:5 (BLONDer:OXIgen).
