The PODODISC S self-adhesive disposable abrasives for the base disc from Staleks Pro are designed for quick and accurate cleaning and polishing of the foot. Emery with a thin foam base, applied to the podo disc, will get rid of dead cells and calluses in a matter of minutes. After use, the sticker with the abrasive is removed from the disc surface, which is immediately sent for sterilization. For each client, the master uses a new abrasive.

Moisture resistance of STALEKS PRO PODODISC S replaceable abrasives allows you to work with feet that have been previously treated with various kinds of keratolytics, softening oils or removers.

Features of removable files for STALEKS PRO PODODISC S soft-based pedicure disc:

  • thin foam base of the file (1 mm) reduces pressure on the skin of the foot;
  • files are easy to use: they are easily applied to the base disc, which in turn is used as a nozzle for a router;
  • equipped with a wear-resistant and moisture-resistant abrasive that does not crumble during operation;
  • Abrasive hardness of 80 grit, designed for the most dense horny layers;
  • have a strong adhesive base that securely holds the abrasive on a metal surface;
  • do not slip, delaminate and do not get wet;
  • Guarantee a safe hygienic pedicure for each client: the abrasive sticker is disposed of, and the base is thoroughly disinfected and sterilized.

What is the difference between white removable files and black ones:

  1. The abrasive of the white files consists of aluminum oxide, which makes them more ductile, softer and more wear resistant. The black files are made of silicon carbide which makes them harder but more brittle.
  2. White files have a fine rounded abrasive grain, which allows not to injure the nail plate. Black files have a sharp-shaped abrasive, which self-sharpenes during the sawdust process.
  3. White replacement files have a stearate coating that prevents organic dust from clogging the coating, black files are not coated.
  4. White files work better with dry nail filings, black files work well with wet nail filings.
  5. The white color of the file is more hygienic than black in work, no stripes or grooves are visible on the file after sawdust, and light abrasive particles are not noticeable when they get on piece material when building nails.
