The new unique formula of FilmDeco' Balayage Lightening Powder, thanks to its “film” effect, allows the applied mixture to remain directly on the hair strand itself. The convenient consistency of the mixture makes it possible to easily bleach hair without the use of foil or other devices. Lightens by 6 tones, does not swell and envelops the hair with the thinnest film during operation. Mixes with all types of oxidizing emulsions Shot 10, 20, 30, 40 vol.
COMPOSITION: Potassium Persulfate, Sodium Meta Silicate, Ammonium Persulfate, Sodium Persulfate, Sodium Stearate, Cyamopsis Tetragonolobus, Gum, Cyclodextrin, Silica, Magnesium Carbonate, Tetrasodium Edta, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, c. i. 77007 (Ultramarines), Parfume (Fragrance).
METHOD OF APPLICATION: 1 part FilmDeco balayage illuminating powder is mixed with 2 parts of the selected Shot oxidizing emulsion. Exposure time is from 10 to 50 minutes, depending on the desired degree of lightening.
