How to use a foot grater?

  1. Draw water into the basin. Its depth should be sufficient to completely immerse the foot. The temperature of the water before using the foot grater should be as high as possible, but not so hot that it causes discomfort. Add additional ingredients to water. For example, it can be hand soap or vitamin complexes. We also recommend adding a little olive oil and/or essential oil (chamomile, lavender, etc.) to the basin. Before starting the procedure for cleansing the skin from keratinized areas with a foot grater, lower the legs into the water for 15 minutes. Then dry your feet with a towel.
  2. Run your hand over your skin. After a 15-minute stay in hot water, the roughened epidermis feels much better. Having identified problem areas, you can begin the procedure for removing problem areas with a foot grater. Be careful when carrying out this procedure: the area in the middle of the foot is very easy to injure.
  3. Finish off with a pumice stone. While working with it, it should be remembered that pumice glides over the epidermis much easier if you first lubricate the skin with lotion or oil.
  4. Finally, apply a moisturizer and massage the legs. This will speed up blood circulation, relax the muscles and reduce the soreness that often occurs in girls and guys who perform the procedure for removing rough skin for the first time.
