Our advantages

NEON BASE is a thin, highly pigmented base with a neon glow effect in ultraviolet rays.

An important advantage of the base is that it is laid out in one layer, without weighing down the nail.

It self-levels quickly, has an elastic texture and dense pigment. It is used as an independent color coating and for designs.
Requires a primer coat of the base-substrate.
Not suitable for alignment. Suitable for pedicure.
To preserve the saturation of neon shades and prevent fading, the neon base should be covered with RUBBER TOP/STOP SCRATCH TOP with UV filters.

Consistency: medium. The rate of polymerization is high. After polymerization: flexible. Pigmentation: high. Acidity: medium.

Recommended for all types of nails.

Application technology:

0. Prepare the nail plate for coating: perform a manicure, give the desired shape to the free edge of the nail. When using a remover, remove its residues with a damp cloth
1. Degreasing: mechanically (using a buff) and chemically (using PREP & FINISH and a lint-free cloth) degrease the nail plate
2. Dehydration / dehydration: apply NAIL FRESHER to the entire nail, allow to air dry until a whitish tint appears on the surface of the nail plate
3. Bonding*: apply ULTRABOND acid-free primer to the entire nail with a semi-dry brush, leaving 1 mm from the cuticle and side ridges. Allow to air dry for 15 seconds.
* this step can be skipped when using MULTI BASE
4. Base coat: Apply a primer coat of MULTI/RUBBER BASE in a thin/rubbing coat. Cure the base coat in a UV lamp for 2-3 minutes, in a LED lamp for 60 seconds
5. Color: apply NEON BASE in a thin layer. Cure the base in a UV lamp for 2-4 minutes, in a LED lamp for 60 seconds
6. Topcoat: fix the coating with UV filters RUBBER/STOP SCRATCH TOP. Cure in a UV lamp for 2-3 minutes, in an LED lamp for 1 minute.
When using RUBBER TOP with a sticky layer, allow the coating to cool, then remove the stickiness with PREP&FINISH and a lint-free cloth.

! neon color under the influence of ultraviolet light can temporarily change color or take on spots (fluorescence). Subject to the neon coating technology, after the material has cooled, the color is restored.
