It can be wiped with a damp cloth and disinfectants. The manufacturer indicates that when heated to 130 ° C, the device should automatically stop working in order to avoid damage. Soft feet on the bottom prevent scratching of the work surface and provide stability to the router. The power cord with Euro plug (no adapters needed for use in standard European sockets) exits from the back of the unit. Its length is 1.5 meters, which is enough to place Lina Mercedes in a convenient place. 

For greater convenience, the front panel is made at an angle. It has two buttons: 

  • on I and off 0;
  • reverse switch ("Polarity"): + nozzle rotates clockwise, - nozzle rotates counterclockwise. 

The indicator of operation is a red light that lights up when turned on. The rotation speed adjustment button has a ribbed surface, so that fingers do not slip on it. The dash on it indicates at what speed the machine is set to operate. The rotation speed of the cutter can be adjusted from zero to 20,000 rpm.

The handle of the milling cutter has a shape that is convenient for work, lies perfectly in the hand, does not slip. It is made of durable plastic, which makes it lightweight. The hand does not get tired in work. The colors of the handles are matched to the color of the block: gray and black blocks are completed with black handles, the white block is equipped with a white handle. On the case there is a button for turning on I and turning off 0 of the handle. The cord is made in the form of a telephone wire (spiral), stretches up to one meter. 

The power of Lina Mercedes is 10 watts. This indicator will be enough to carry out the manicure procedure at home. A high-quality pedicure is unlikely to be performed at the declared power. 

Instructions for working with a Lina Mercedes manicure router:

  1. Plug the router handle into the "DC OUT" socket on the front panel. Insert the plug all the way. 
  2. Insert the desired nozzle until it stops so that it fits snugly in the handle. The cutter is inserted without snaps and screwing. 
  3. Check that the power buttons on the block and the router handle are off (position 0). The dash on the speed adjustment button should point to the very minimum (carefully unscrew the button to the left until it stops). The "Polarity" reverse button must be in neutral position 0.
  4. Connect the router to the mains 220 V. Check that the plug is firmly plugged into the socket, not loose.
  5. Turn on the router by setting the button to position I. The red light will turn on. 
  6. Turn the handle on by setting the button to position I.
  7. Select the desired direction of rotation of the cutter using the ""Polarity"" button. 
  8. Start gradually turning the speed control knob. Select the desired number of revolutions and get to work. 
  9. To switch reverse, reduce the rotation speed to zero. Toggle the ""Polarity"" button. Repeat step 8. 
  10. At the end of the work, set the number of revolutions to 0. Turn off the handle (button position 0), remove the cutter and place it on the stand. Hide the nozzle in the case. Switch the reverse button to the neutral position. Turn off the block. 
  11. If you do not plan to work with the device in the near future, unplug it from the power supply. 

Important! 

  • Do not turn on the router at RPM above 0.
  • Do not switch reverse on the go.
  • Do not turn on the router without a cutter.
  • Do not overload the device. 
  • Add turnovers gradually.
