Milling cutter for manicure Drill pro ZS 603 is designed to perform various manicure procedures. The tool is used for processing natural nails, correction of acrylic and gel materials. If you insert light nozzles, the device is also suitable for pedicure. It belongs to the category of routers for work on a small flow of customers or for home use. It will be a great option for a beginner.

The device for manicure is made of durable ABS plastic in the most popular colors: white, black, pink, silver, red. The neat "phone" shape will look good on your desktop and won't take up much space. It also weighs a little - about 500 gr.

Dimensions:

  • block: 140x110x70 mm;
  • handle: length 130 mm, thickness at the widest point 22 mm, at the narrowest point 12 mm;

There is a speed control button on the front of the router. The revolutions are smoothly and accurately set from 0 to 35,000 per minute. Speed ​​markings in colors show the intensity of work: yellow (English Low - low), pink - average speed, and red (English High - high). Made from plastic. It has a ribbed surface, so that the fingers do not slip. A special mark indicates at what speed the device is currently operating.

There is a pen holder on top of the block. Rubberized gaskets prevent the formation of scratches and abrasions from contact directly with the case. The holes on the back side act as a cooling system: air circulates through them. The power cord comes out on the same side. It is long enough to fit comfortably on a work surface. Euro plug eliminates the need for additional adapters. Rubberized feet on the bottom protect both the case and the work surface from scratches. There are three buttons on the right side of the case:

  1. On / off (I and 0 respectively). When the device is turned on, a red light comes on - an indicator of operation.
  2. Adjustment of the direction of rotation of the cutter. It can be set to one of three positions: I - rotation of the nozzle clockwise, 0 - neutral position (the device will not work in it), II - reverse (rotation of the nozzle counterclockwise).
  3. Switching of a way of management: foot I (by means of a pedal) and manual II.

The presence of a reverse and two control options allows the master to work with comfort, as he is used to.

The pedal is connected to a special socket using a plug. It can not be connected to the router, if not necessary. This way you can get rid of extra wires.

The handle is not heavy, the hand of the master does not get tired during work. Does not vibrate, allowing you to work comfortably and accurately. It is made in a metal case with plastic inserts. In the place where it is held by the fingers, the surface is ribbed. This is done so that the hand does not slip. Air vents are provided to cool the mechanism. The nozzle is clamped tightly using the Twist-Lock mechanism. The handle is connected to the side of the block in the appropriate connector.

Instructions for using the milling cutter ZS 603:

  1. Install the unit in a convenient location. He must be stable.
  2. Plug the handle into the socket on the right. The plug must be firmly inserted.
  3. Check that the on / off switch (it is located on the back of the unit) is in position 0 (the machine is turned off), the direction of rotation of the cutter is in the neutral position 0. The revolutions should be at the Low mark (turned as far left as possible).
  4. Connect the appliance to the mains. The plug must fit snugly into the socket.
  5. Switch the on / off button to position I. The device will turn on, the red indicator lamp will light up.
  6. To change the flag (metal cap), turn the plastic insert towards R (left) until it clicks. Take out the plug. Insert the desired nozzle as far as it will go. Turn the plastic insert towards S (to the right). She should snap. Check that the nozzle does not fall out.
  7. For manual control, switch the button closest to the right to II.
  8. Select the desired direction of cutter rotation: I (clockwise) or II (counterclockwise).
  9. Gradually increase the speed to the desired speed by turning the adjustment knob to the right. To reduce the rotation speed, turn slowly to the left.
  10. To operate with a foot switch, plug it firmly into the appropriate socket on the back of the unit. Switch the button closest to the right to position I. Follow steps 8 and 9. The router will start working when you press the pedal.
  11. To change the direction of rotation of the cutter, reduce the speed to zero. Switch the far right button first to position 0, then to II. Repeat step 9.
  12. When finished, reduce the speed to 0. The rotation direction switch must be in position 0, on / off - in the same position. The indicator lamp dims slowly after being turned off.
  13. To remove the cutter, follow the instructions in step 6, as for the flag. Insert the flag back into the pen.
  14. If you do not plan to work with the device in the near future, disconnect it from the power supply.

Attention!

  • do not leave the pen without a nozzle or flag;
  • do not switch reverse on the go. Be sure to reduce the speed to 0 and only then switch;
  • do not turn on the router when the speed is set to more than 0;
  • do not turn on the router without a cutter;
  • do not overload the device;
  • add speed gradually;
  • do not leave in a place accessible to children;
  • Avoid getting water on the device.
