Milling cutter for manicure Drill pro ZS 602 - designed for professional use. The device perfectly copes with the tasks set, it is used for the correction / processing of artificial and natural nails. Perfect for a novice master, home use or work with a small flow of clients. The model has done well. It is one of the favorite and most popular among masters due to its convenience and ease of use.

The manicure machine is made of high quality ABS plastic (impact resistant) in several colors: white, black, pink and red. Quite compact, does not take up much space on the desktop. It has a stylish and practical design.

All control buttons are conveniently placed on the front panel. The cutter rotation direction switch can be switched to one of three positions:

  • 0 (OFF) - neutral;
  • I (FWD) - nozzle rotates clockwise, standard mode of operation;
  • II (REV) - the nozzle rotates counterclockwise, reverse function.

Two indicators: the red POWER light is on - the router is connected to the power supply; green ON - lights up when the handle starts to work. The higher the rpm, the brighter the light is on.

Adjustment of speed of rotation of a tip happens by means of a wheel. There are markings around it: from MIN (minimum quantity) to MAX (maximum), the revolutions increase. The mark (a small bump on the wheel) indicates at what speed the router is currently working. Adjustment is smooth and precise.

There are two ways to control this model: using the pedal and by hand. When the switch is in the HAND position, the router is in manual mode, when in FOOT it is in foot mode. In the first case, the device starts working when you add revolutions with the speed adjustment wheel, in the second case, when you press the pedal.

The pedal is small and comfortable to use. NOT rheostatic. Plugs into the connector on the back of the case. It can be omitted if it is not necessary and thereby reduce the number of extra wires. The surface is ribbed, the foot does not slip when pressed. The bottom has rubber feet.

The handle is not heavy, the hand of the master does not get tired during work. Does not vibrate, allowing you to work comfortably and accurately. It is made in a metal case with plastic inserts. In the place where it is held by the fingers, the surface is ribbed. This is done so that the hand does not slip. Air vents are provided to cool the mechanism. The nozzle is clamped tightly using the Twist-Lock mechanism. It is connected to the block in front to the corresponding socket.

Dimensions:

- block: 150x90x75 mm;

- pedal: 100x62x35 mm;

- handle: length 130 mm, thickness at the widest point 22 mm, at the narrowest point - 12 mm.

There is a round hole on the front right side for convenient storage of the pen. The kit also comes with a separate silicone stand. 8 holes are made in the body - this is a stand for cutters. Slots at the back and bottom act as a cooling system (air is ventilated through them). A fuse (FUSE) against overvoltage is built into the rear side. There is also a factory sticker with the main technical characteristics, and the power cord comes out on the other side. It is long enough for comfortable placement of the device on the desktop. Rubberized feet add stability, do not scratch the table and provide additional ventilation.

  • handles: 1000 mm;
  • pedals: 1500 mm.

Instructions for using the manicure device ZS 602:

  1. Install the unit in a convenient location. He must be stable.
  2. Plug the handle into the socket on the right. The plug must be firmly inserted.
  3. Check that the cutter rotation direction switch is in the neutral 0 (OFF) position. The speed should be at the Low mark (turned as far as possible to the left).
  4. Connect the appliance to the mains. The plug must fit snugly into the socket. The red POWER lamp will light up.
  5. To change the flag (metal cap), turn the plastic insert towards R (left) until it clicks. Take out the plug. Insert the desired nozzle as far as it will go. Turn the plastic insert towards S (to the right). She should snap. Check that the nozzle does not fall out.
  6. For manual control, switch to HAND.
  7. Select the desired direction of rotation: FWD (clockwise) or REV (counterclockwise).
  8. Gradually increase the speed to the desired speed by turning the adjustment knob to the right. To reduce the rotation speed, turn slowly to the left. During operation, the green light will be on.
  9. To operate with a foot switch, plug it firmly into the appropriate socket on the back of the unit. Switch to the FOOT position. Follow steps 7 and 8. The router will start working when you press the pedal.
  10. To change the direction of rotation of the cutter, reduce the speed to zero. Switch the button first to position 0, then to FWD or REV as needed.
  11. When finished, reduce the speed to 0. The rotation direction switch must be in position 0.
  12. To remove the cutter, follow the instructions in point 5, as for the flag. Put the checkbox back in.
  13. If you do not plan to work with the device in the near future, disconnect it from the power supply. The red indicator light will turn off.

Attention!

  • do not leave the pen without a nozzle or flag;
  • do not switch reverse on the go. Be sure to reduce the speed to 0 and only then switch;
  • do not turn on the router when the speed is set to more than 0;
  • do not turn on the router without a cutter;
  • start working only after making sure that the tip is inserted tightly, does not fall out;
  • do not overload the device;
  • add speed gradually;
  • do not leave in a place accessible to children;
  • Avoid getting water on the device.

The kit comes with a set of cutters. 5 diamond tips of various shapes will help you perform basic manipulations. The bit nozzle and 6 emery caps are designed for the pedicure procedure. Cutters are stored in a special box.
