How to use Cat Eye Crystal polish

4. Apply a base coat to the nail and dry it in a UV lamp or LED lamp.

5. Apply one layer of gel polish.

6. Place a magnet on your nail and create a design.

7. Dry your nails in a lamp.

8. Apply top coat and dry again in a lamp.
