Classic Diamond extension gel is a polymer, light-curing material with sparkles, which, due to its strength, makes it possible to significantly lengthen the nail plate.
The gel includes photoinitiators that start the polymerization process, when the material is exposed to ultraviolet light of a certain wavelength:

  • wavelength for polymerization 380-420 nm;
  • power of UV/Led lamp 36-48W;
  • permissible coating thickness 0.5 mm at the end/ 1 mm at the apex;
  • full polymerization 120 sec.;

Features:

  • acid-free;
  • has cushioning, does not crack when hit;
  • medium-thick consistency;
  • pigmentation is average;
  • suitable for all extension techniques;
  • does not cause burning in the lamp;
  • thixotropic;
  • changes its consistency depending on the air temperature: it becomes thicker in the cold, thinner in the heat;
  • can be additionally heated to make the gel thinner;
  • when strengthening the nail plate with this gel, you need to file the natural nail;
  • does not shrink and holds the arch well;
  • a LUNAmoon Rubber Base is a must.

The method of application during STRENGTHENING:

  1. withdrawal;
  2. we do not dust the shape of the nail, or we leave a spare 2 mm in length, which we dust and take away after alignment;
  3. with a file of 220 grit, file the nail from above without strong pressure, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a buff of 100 grit;
  4. make a manicure;
  5. degrease the nail with Nail Prep;
  6. primers are used as desired, but if the base for the substrate has sufficient acidity, then primers are not needed;
    substrate with Rubber Base LUNAmoon;
  7. alignment, dry in a lamp for 120 seconds;
  8. sawing off the form after leveling, this is necessary in order to create a thickness on the end that will hold the free edge;
  9. it is necessary to file the natural nail for better wearability (if this is not done, there will be peeling on the free edge of the nail);
  10. after sawdust, we wipe off the stickiness;
  11. cover with gel polish if necessary;
  12. cover with LUNAmoon TOP and dry for 120 seconds
  13. After drying, do not wipe with anything, otherwise you can lose the shine.

Application method for CLASSIC EXTENSION:

  1. withdrawal;
  2. take the length of the nail up to 1 mm and make a round shape of the free edge;
  3. with a file of 220 grit, file the nail from above without strong pressure, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a buff of 100 grit;
  4. manicure;
  5. degrease the nail with Nail Prep;
  6. Lunamoon primer (optional);
  7. lining with Rubber Base LUNAmoon;
  8. we erase the stickiness;
  9. put a form for increasing the free edge;
  10. lay out the shape of the artificial nail with transparent gel and dry it in a lamp for 60 seconds;
  11. we sand the free edge and make the shape we need;
  12. we wipe off stickiness and excess dust;
  13. we apply Rubber Base LUNAmoon once more to the areas where the saw was used and dry for 60 seconds;
  14. make alignment with gel, put in the lamp and clamp for 20-30 seconds;
  15. dry in a lamp for 120 seconds;
  16. before applying the gel polish, wipe off the stickiness;
  17. cover with LUNAmoon TOP and dry for 120 seconds
  18. After drying, do not wipe with anything, otherwise you can lose the shine.

IMPORTANT: if we work with removers, after using them, you need to wash your hands with soap and water.
