NUB Glow Up Top Coat is a special top for gel polish manicure, which contains a special phosphor pigment. It is thanks to the phosphor that the effect of glow in the dark is achieved. Its particles are "charged" by light, and then glow in a dark room. The luminescent top has the property of a bright greenish glow, stimulating the artist's imagination to create incredible and fantastic nail designs. 

Important!  NUB Glow Up Top Coat is able to change the colors of decorative coatings, giving them a light greenish milky tint. Therefore, this top should be used as a stand-alone coating, for designs or applied over light, matching gel polishes. 

Features of NUB Glow Up Top Coat:
