Course of the procedure:

  2. Add hot water, but not boiling water, and mix until the consistency of porridge
  3. During application, the mask should be warm
  4. Apply the herbal mask to the face over the gauze, avoiding the eye area and leaving the nose open for breathing
  5. To keep warm, cover your face with film or foil (or just put a warm towel on top)
  6. Keep the mask on for 20 minutes
  7. Remove mask residue with wet sponges
