Basic technology when working with illuminating powders: - apply to unwashed dry hair - mixing ratio with oxides 1: 2 - exposure time on hair up to 50 minutes Can be used with all oxides 1.5%, 3%, 6%, 9% and 12% .But 12% is recommended only for Asian type hair. Contact of 12% oxidizing agent with the scalp is not desirable. - Do not use additional heat for bleaching.! Application

Mix in a non-metallic container until a homogeneous creamy mass is obtained powder with an oxidizing emulsion in a ratio of 1: 2 (30 g of illuminating powder and 60 ml of an oxidizing emulsion).
