The HYMARS Triumph milling cutter is a universal reliable device suitable for a manicurist and pedicurist, a dental technician, or a jeweler. The milling cutter unit has increased protection against overheating and an automatic overload protection function - when overloaded, the milling cutter switches off and prevents the device from breaking down.

The HYMARS Triumph router has a reverse function that allows the craftsman to work in two directions, but do not forget that the reverse should only be switched when the router is turned off. Changing the direction when the handle is working can lead to its breakage.

On the front part of the case there is a connector for connecting the micromotor and a speed controller for the milling cutter, next to it there are two red and yellow lights. The red light means that the milling cutter is on and ready for work. The yellow light comes on when the milling cutter is overloaded and if the master does not pay attention to this, the milling cutter will turn off in a couple of seconds. After rebooting the device (turn it off and on), you can continue working.

The milling machine is equipped with a HYMARS 106 handle, the maximum operating speed of which is 45,000 rpm, and the torque is 5 N cm. The HYMARS 106 handle is considered the best, most powerful of the entire line of micromotor handles with collectors.

The collet is made of a special high-strength alloy with two-stage hardening, which increases the service life by 2.4 times.

The HYMARS 106 micromotor pen is low-noise and highly precise, thanks to the high precision of assembly and fitting of parts, as well as the selection of the best quality components.

The handle can reach speeds of up to 45,000 rpm thanks to the latest high-speed bearings, and at speeds of up to 20,000 rpm it is virtually silent, with no radial runout at all.

This milling cutter, complete with the HYMARS 106 handle, is suitable for dental technicians and jewelers, since they require high precision and power in their work, and effectively processes all dental materials: acrylic, ceramics and metal, including CoCr and NiCr.
