Description The HYMARS Strong model milling cutter is a universal reliable device suitable for a manicurist and pedicurist, for dental equipment, and a jeweler. The milling cutter unit has increased protection against overheating and an automatic overload protection function - when overloaded, the milling cutter switches off and prevents the device from breaking down.

The HYMARS Strong milling cutter has a reverse function that allows the craftsman to work in two directions, but do not forget that the reverse should be switched only when the milling cutter is turned off. Changing the direction when the handle is working can lead to its breakage. On the front part of the body there is a connector for connecting the micromotor, a regulator for the rotation speed of the milling cutter, OFF/ON and reverse buttons.

The milling machine is equipped with the H37L1 handle, the maximum working speed of which is 35,000 rpm, has a light weight of 218 g and a high torque of 3.2 N/cm. With such technical characteristics, the handle can be used not only for manicure procedures, but also for pedicure. The simplified Twist-Lock collet clamp allows you to change attachments in no more than 5 seconds. To do this, you only need to turn the corresponding section of the handle to the left (opening the collet), replace the attachment and turn back (closing the collet).

Please note! Do not close the collet without the attachment. This may cause the collet to break.

When working, the micromotor handle produces a minimum amount of noise and vibration, so the master is always comfortable working with it. On the body there are several holes for cutters, which the master uses most often in work. This model of the milling machine is provided with pedal control, which can be selected (manual or foot) using the "hand/pedal" switch on the block.

The kit also includes a cup stand that attaches to the body, a table stand for the router handle, and a pedal for foot control.
