The HYMARS Triumph milling cutter is a universal reliable device suitable for a manicurist and pedicurist, a dental technician, or a jeweler. The milling cutter unit has increased protection against overheating and an automatic overload protection function - when overloaded, the milling cutter switches off and prevents the device from breaking down.

The HYMARS Triumph router has a reverse function that allows the craftsman to work in two directions, but do not forget that switching the reverse should only be done when the router is turned off. Changing the direction when the handle is working can lead to its breakage.

On the front part of the case there is a connector for connecting the micromotor and a speed controller for the milling cutter, next to it there are two red and yellow lights. The red light means that the milling cutter is on and ready for work. The yellow light comes on when the milling cutter is overloaded and if the master does not pay attention to this, the milling cutter will turn off in a couple of seconds. After rebooting the device (turn it off and on), you can continue working.

The milling machine is equipped with an H37L1 handle, the maximum working speed of which is 35,000 rpm and the torque is 3.2 N cm.

The handle has ventilation holes through which air will enter under its body and blow on the micromotor, cooling it.

ATTENTION!! Do not open the cutter replacement lock while it is rotating. Be sure to wait until the attachment has stopped completely, and only then can it be replaced.

The body has several holes for cutters, which the craftsman uses most often in his work.

This model of router is equipped with foot control, which can be selected (manual or foot) using the hand/pedal switch on the unit.
