  2. Apply a thin coat of UV/LED Latex Base JOIA vegan. Cure under LED lamp for 60 seconds. Remove the sticky layer if necessary.
  3. Apply JOIA vegan reflective gel polish in 2 coats, curing each for 60 seconds in the LED lamp.
  4. Apply Aqua Gloss Top JOIA vegan.
