Composition: Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil

Instructions for use

Massage: mix 3-5 drops of essential oil with 1-2 tablespoons of base vegetable oil (almond, jojoba, grape seed, peach seed, etc.) or cream of your choice.
Baths: Add 3-5 drops of essential oil pre-mixed with 1-2 tablespoons of emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt) to a filled bath (37-38 °C). Procedure time is 10-15 minutes.
Sauna: Dilute 3-5 drops of bitter orange essential oil in 500 ml of water to aromatize the air in the bath and sauna by applying it to red-hot stones.
Perfuming the room: essential oil perfectly deodorizes the room. Add 3-5 drops (per 15 m²) of pure essential oil or its mixture to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle. The aroma will fill the room. In the absence of an aroma lamp, the oil can be applied to a napkin or added to a cup of hot water and placed on a heating radiator. The duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes.
