Composition: Lavendula officinalis

Instructions for use

Massage: mix 3-5 drops of essential oil with 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable base oil (almond, jojoba, grape seed, peach seed, etc.) or cream of your choice.
Baths: In a filled bath (37-38 °C) add 3-5 drops of essential oil pre-mixed with 1-2 tablespoons of an emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or kitchen salt). Procedure time 10-15 min.
Sauna: To aromatize the air in the bath and sauna by applying 3-5 drops of bitter orange essential oil to 500 ml of water on hot stones.
Romatizing the room: Essential oil perfectly deodorizes the room. Add 3-5 drops (per 15 m²) of pure essential oil or its mixture to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle. The aroma will fill the room. In the absence of an aroma lamp, the oil can be applied to a napkin or added to a cup of hot water and placed on a heating radiator. Duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes.
