Black cumin oil has an antibacterial effect and affects bacteria, viruses, parasites, schistosome pathogens and fungi. The composition of the oil includes a large number of unsaturated and saturated acids: Omega-3, Omega-6, Omega-9, palmitic acid. And also vitamins: A, B, C, D, E, phosphorus, iron, calcium and 15 amino acids, including essential ones.
The therapeutic effect on the body is due to the content of natural components: Phytosterols affect the synthesis of the male sex hormone testosterone, which, in turn, increases libido and sperm quality.
