DELIVERY BY NEW MAIL

Methods of payment for the order:

  • cash on delivery - the order is paid upon receipt. According to the tariffs of Nova Poshta, the cost of cash on delivery is 20 UAH + 2% of the order value;

WARNING! The parcel is stored in the mail for 7 days, after which it will be sent back. In this case, the cost of shipping the order will be deducted from the prepayment.

DELIVERY BY UKRPOSHTA

  • Delivery by Ukrposhta is carried out with 100% prepayment of the order.
  • when ordering from 1000 UAH weighing up to 5 kg for oversized cargo, delivery by Ukrposhta is FREE!

WARNING! The parcel is stored in the mail for 7 days, after which it will be sent back. In this case, the cost of shipping the order will be deducted from the prepayment.

  • COD orders from 200 UAH are sent;
  • online payment on the site (by Visa, MasterCard);
  • payment by card. When choosing a payment method on the card, the manager will send you information with the number and amount of your order, card number and full name of the recipient.

COURIER DELIVERY FROM "Limonad" SHOP

Delivery from the store by courier is carried out the next day after placing the order.

Pickup conditions:

  • orders without prepayment are collected upon arrival at the store;
  • Paid orders are collected after confirmation of payment and are in reserve for 1-2 days.
  • Order pickup from Mon-Fri from 9.00 - 17.30 on Sat. from 10.00-15.30 at the address: Kyiv, Solomensky district, st. Julius Fucik, 9.

Заказыввла топ uno diamond и базу uno strong,мне перезвонили и сказали что все в наличии ,через время базы strong уже не было и поменяли на базу rubber,пообещали сразу же отправить,по итогу отправили через 5 дней,при том что пришлось звонить и самой узнавать,никто этого не сообщал,посылка пришла через 3 дня,по итогу топ и база хорошие,все как обещали,посылка была хорошо запакована и плюс был подарок-сережки,товарами довольна,4 звезды из-за того что не особо понравилось обслуживание
