METHOD OF APPLICATION: After the exposure time has expired, thoroughly rinse off the curling lotion and apply 2/3 of the resulting neutralizing liquid to the curlers. Leave for 5 minutes. Remove the curlers and apply the remaining neutralizing liquid to your hair. Leave for another 5 minutes. Rinse and rinse hair thoroughly.
