The classic corded Wahl Super Taper 08466-216H hair clipper is equipped with a patented V5000 vibration motor with overheating protection. The motor transfers even force to the knife for a clean, uniform cut. The model is used for traditional haircuts, mass removal, fades. The machine is recommended by Wahl for long-term work "on stream". The Supertaper machine is bought for cutting hair at home, trimming a beard, mustache or sideburns.
Length adjustment
The infinitely adjustable lever is used to change the cutting height in the range of 1-3.5 mm without changing the blades. An additional 4 lengths up to 3-13mm are available with the included attachments. Attachments with cutting lengths from 1.5 to 25 mm are sold separately.
Corrugated knife
The thick 01006-416 accordion knife is made of hard carbon steel. The blade is chrome-plated for increased resistance to corrosion when cutting wet or dry hair. Grooves on the comb reduce the heating rate of the knife during intensive cutting.
