Global Fashion Cold Rubber Base 30 ml - Cold Rubber Base Coat for gel polish Global Fashion Cold Rubber Base Coat is an excellent rubber base coat. The rubber base, like the usual one, is applied to the nail before the gel polish in a three-phase system, but it has some advantages. Firstly, the rubber base is evenly distributed over the nail plate, filling the recesses, which greatly simplifies further work.
