The application technology is no different from any base:
1. Prepare the nail plate, buff a little, apply a degreaser and, if necessary, ultrabond.
2. Apply the base, dry it in the lamp, apply color to the base in 1-2 layers, each of which, of course, also dry. Top with a top.

If using an old UV lamp, dry for 2 minutes per layer, if using an LED lamp, 30 seconds is sufficient.
