The curette of the PODO 20 podiatric spatula has an anatomically correct curve that follows the shape of the nail. It is used in the treatment of dry calluses and nail plates that have already grown into the lateral ridges. It is especially convenient to use the thin curved working part to remove dead epithelial cells from under the free edge of the nail, as well as between the nail and the cuticle.

The second working part of the PP-20/1 spatula (rounded pusher) is used to clean the nail plate from adhered pterygium and cuticle, previously softened with a special gel.
