Our advantages

Staleks EXPERT diamond flame cutter with blue notch mini diameter 1 mm working part 3 mm - a medium abrasive tool with diamond coating for delicate skin treatment. The mini flame shape treats cuticles and nail plates without the risk of injury, but it is advisable not to work with medium abrasive on natural nails. Suitable for beginners and experienced nail technicians.

The mini cutter is produced by spraying diamond grit onto a metal workpiece made of medical grade stainless steel. Medium fraction diamond grains are applied: they evenly and densely cover the entire working area without gaps or sticking in one place. The grit is fixed on the workpiece as a result of a galvanic process: a thin layer of nickel holds the diamond grains, making the connection strong and durable.

This spraying technology gives the tool hardness and wear resistance, eliminates unevenness on the surface of the working part. Due to the high quality of diamond chips, the flame cutter for manicure will last longer, and its rotation center does not shift during operation at high speeds of the cutter.

Mini flame cutter for manicure and pedicure Staleks EXPERT with medium hardness smoothes the edges of the nail, helps to work with high precision on the outer areas of the skin and in hard-to-reach places. It is important to smoothly and softly move the tip along the edge of the nail, avoiding sudden movements and prolonged exposure to one place. In pedicure, a nozzle with medium hardness quickly processes cracks, calluses, opens and polishes cracks without injuring the client.

The diameter of the shank is standard for a milling machine - 2.36 mm +0/-0.016 mm. The maximum permissible value of the rotation speed of the diamond nozzle is up to 30,000 rpm. It is important to follow the recommendations for the number of revolutions for the cuticle nozzle and each type of cutters and procedures - working at high speeds can cause overheating of the cutter, injury to the client.

Optimal speed for performing manicure procedures:

  • Natural nails and skin, thousand rpm: 5-10 - filing, reducing thickness, grinding, polishing; 10-15 - removing cuticles, grinding side ridges.
  • Artificial nails, thousand rpm: 15-20 - thickness removal, shaping; 20-25 - coating removal, design; 25-30 - free edge formation; more than 30 - individual types of design, other work.
  • Pedicure, thousand rpm: 5-15 - removal of corns, skin polishing; 15-25 - cleaning cracks, removal of superficial calluses; 25-30 and more - work with core calluses, other types of work.

It is recommended to buy a flame cutter for manicure for beginners and experienced nail masters. The tool is safe when used correctly, has a high-quality diamond coating, is resistant to corrosion, and can be sterilized and disinfected in various ways, except for the use of disinfectant solutions based on active oxygen.

  2. Do not throw or hit the attachment - this may cause the rotation center to shift and lead to defects. A deformed cutter cannot be used.
  3. Regularly check the cuticle lifter for correct centering visually or with a special tool.
  4. When working, use gloves, safety glasses or a shield.

Cleaning diamond bits

Staleks can withstand all types of disinfection and sterilization (cold or hot).

  • Remove the handle of the device immediately after use. Using a soft brush, carefully remove any remaining nail dust and other dirt. Try not to scratch the surface of the nozzle to avoid damage.
  • To remove light dirt from the cutter for grinding the skin around the nail and other types of attachments, it is not recommended to wash them with running water using a brush, so as not to splash drops with possible pathogens.
  • Disinfection: Prepare a disinfectant solution and place the attachments in it, following the manufacturer's instructions for time and concentration. It is recommended to choose products that destroy hepatitis B, C and dermatomycosis viruses.
  • Use a container with warm soapy water and a mild detergent. Dip the cutter in the solution for 10-15 minutes to soften the remaining dirt. You can use an ultrasonic bath for a deeper pre-sterilization cleaning.
  • Sterilization. Place the tips in sterilization bags intended for tendon or autoclave containers to avoid damage and ensure proper air or steam circulation. at 180°C for 60 minutes, 160°C for 150 minutes.
  • Autoclave sterilization time: at 120°C, 1.1 atm. pressure for 45 minutes; 132°C, 2 atm. pressure - 20 minutes. After autoclave sterilization, it is recommended to leave the instrument for 1 hour to cool down, so that sudden temperature changes do not damage the nozzle.
  • Regularly check the autoclave or tendon performance with biological indicators to ensure sterilization is effective.

Storage of diamond bits

  • Store the attachments clean and dry in a sterile, closed container. Choose a dry storage location to prevent rust and mold.
  • Avoid getting moisture, dust, and abrasives between the working surfaces of the cutters.

When to change the tool

If the flame cutter and other diamond bits are used, stored and cleaned correctly, their functionality will remain for up to 3-4 months. The metal will not be covered with corrosion, and the diamond coating will be uniform, without gaps. There should be no burrs or chips on the tip of sharp shapes.

When it's time to change attachments:

  1. The working area has lost its abrasiveness, has become smooth in places or has become clogged with material. Chips have formed at the tip of sharp shapes.
  2. The material takes longer to remove than usual, you want to press more on the cutter to get results.
  3. The attachment vibrates and causes a burning sensation when removing the coating.
  4. Curvature of the nozzle. Cutters can become curved as a result of falls, long-term use, and be destroyed by aggressive disinfectants and high temperatures during sterilization. A curved cutter for grinding, removing coating and other procedures hits the client's nail hard, overheats due to vibrations, which reduces the service life of the device handle.
