Our advantages

Staleks PRO EXPERT diamond nozzle, sharp flame, blue, 2.3 mm – a medium abrasive tool with diamond coating designed for delicate skin treatment. The "sharp flame" shape allows you to work in hard-to-reach places, treat cuticles and side ridges, and carefully cut out peeling. Suitable for beginners and experienced nail technicians.

Diamond nozzle sharp flame blue Staleks About Expert is produced by spraying diamond chips on a metal workpiece made of medical grade stainless steel. Medium-fraction diamond grains are applied: they evenly and densely cover the entire working area without gaps or sticking in one place. The chips on the workpiece are fixed as a result of the galvanic process: a thin layer of nickel holds the diamond grains, making the connection strong and durable.

This spraying technology makes the tool hard and wear-resistant, eliminates unevenness on the surface of the working area. Due to the high quality of the diamond chips, the attachment will last longer, and its rotation center does not shift when working at high speeds of the milling cutter.

The flame hardware manicure and pedicure attachment lifts and removes cuticles, treats lateral ridges and lateral sinuses, and cuts out detachment without the risk of injury. In pedicure, the attachment delicately treats cracks and calluses. Its medium abrasive effectively removes cuticles and polishes thickened skin without causing discomfort.

The shank diameter is standard for a milling machine – 2.36 mm +/- 0.016 mm. The maximum permissible rotation speed of a flame cutter with a blue notch is 30,000 rpm. It is important to follow the recommendations for the number of revolutions for each type of cutter and procedure – working at high speeds can cause the cutter to overheat and injure the client.

Optimal speed for performing manicure procedures:

  • Natural nails and skin, thousand rpm: 5-10 - filing, reducing thickness, grinding, polishing; 10-15 - removing cuticles, grinding side ridges, cleaning pockets.
  • Artificial nails, thousand rpm: 15-20 - thickness removal, shaping; 20-25 - coating removal, design; 25-30 - free edge formation; more than 30 - individual types of design, other work.
  • Pedicure, thousand rpm: 5-15 - removal of corns, skin polishing; 15-25 - cleaning cracks, removal of superficial calluses; 25-30 and more - work with core calluses, other types of work.

Flame cutter is recommended for experienced manicure and pedicure specialists because it is safe when used correctly. The tool with a high-quality diamond coating is resistant to corrosion, can be sterilized and disinfected in various ways, except for the use of disinfectant solutions based on active oxygen.

Diamond nozzle sharp flame blue Staleks About Expert - application:

  1. Choose a tool based on the type of area being processed: a cutter for processing side ridges, removing cuticles, grinding, filing down the length, etc. It is important to follow the recommended number of revolutions for a specific cutter to avoid overheating the tool and injuring the client.
  2. Do not throw or hit the attachment - this may cause the rotation center to shift and lead to defects. A deformed cutter cannot be used.
  3. Check the heel crack cutter and other attachments regularly to ensure they are correctly centered, either visually or with a special tool.
  4. When working, use gloves, safety glasses or a shield.

Cleaning diamond bits

Staleks Pro withstands all types of disinfection and sterilization (cold or hot).

  • Remove the handle of the device immediately after use. Using a soft brush, carefully remove any remaining nail dust and other dirt. Try not to scratch the surface of the nozzle to avoid damage.
  • To remove light dirt from callus cutters and other types of attachments, it is not recommended to rinse them with running water using a brush, so as not to spread splashes with possible pathogens.
  • Disinfection: Prepare a disinfectant solution and place the attachments according to the manufacturer's instructions for time and concentration. It is recommended to choose products that destroy hepatitis B, C and dermatomycosis viruses.
  • Use a container of warm, soapy water and a mild detergent. Place the cuticle trimmer attachment and other types of cutters in the solution for 10-15 minutes to soften any remaining dirt. You can use an ultrasonic bath for a deeper pre-sterilization cleaning.
  • Sterilization. Place the tips in sterilization bags intended for tendon or autoclave containers to avoid damage and ensure proper air or steam circulation. Sterilize at 180°C for 60 minutes, 160°C for 150 minutes.
  • Autoclave sterilization time: at 120°C, 1.1 atm. pressure for 45 minutes; 132°C, 2 atm. pressure - 20 minutes. After autoclave sterilization, it is recommended to leave the instrument for 1 hour to cool down, so that sudden temperature changes do not damage the nozzle.
  • Regularly check the autoclave or tendon performance with biological indicators to ensure sterilization is effective.

Storage of diamond bits

  • Keep the attachments clean and dry in a sterile, closed container. Choose a dry storage location to prevent rust and mold.
  • Avoid getting moisture, dust, loose and abrasive substances between the working surfaces of the cutter.

When to change the tool

If diamond bits are used, stored and cleaned correctly, their functionality will remain for 3-4 months. The metal will not be covered with corrosion, and the diamond coating will be uniform, without gaps. There should be no burrs or chips on the tip of sharp shapes.

When it's time to change attachments:

  1. The working area has lost its abrasiveness, has become smooth in places or has become clogged with material. Chips have formed at the tip of sharp shapes.
  2. The material takes longer to remove than usual, you want to press more on the cutter to get results.
  3. The attachment vibrates and causes a burning sensation when removing the coating.
  4. Curvature of the nozzle. Cutters can become curved as a result of falls, long-term use, and be destroyed by aggressive disinfectants and high temperatures during sterilization. A curved cutter overheats due to vibration, which reduces the service life of the device handle.
