Staleks Pro EXPERT diamond cutter, red match, diameter 2.3 mm / working part 5 mm (FA120R023/5)
Staleks Pro EXPERT diamond cutter "match" with red notch 2.3 mm working part 5 mm - a fine abrasive tool with diamond coating for delicate skin treatment and cutting out detachment without injury during manicure and pedicure. In manicure, this is a cutter for lifting the cuticle, as well as a cutter for processing lateral ridges and periungual sinuses, and in pedicure and podiatry for processing cracks and calluses. Suitable for beginners and experienced nail masters.
You can buy Staleks Pro diamond match cutter for manicure and pedicure. It is made by spraying diamond chips onto a metal workpiece made of medical grade stainless steel. Fine-grained diamond grains are applied: they evenly and densely cover the entire work area without gaps or sticking in one place. The chips are fixed on the workpiece as a result of the galvanic process: a thin layer of nickel holds the diamond grains, making the connection strong and durable.
This spraying technology makes the tool hard and wear-resistant, eliminates unevenness on the surface of the working area. Due to the high quality of the diamond chips, the attachment will last longer, and its rotation center does not shift during operation at high speeds of the milling cutter.
The Staleks Pro EXPERT "match" cuticle attachment (soft, universal) delicately polishes the skin, processes the lateral ridges and periungual sinuses, removes the cuticle and pterygium, opens the sinuses. It is important to smoothly and gently move the tip along the edge of the nail, avoiding sudden movements and prolonged exposure to one place. In a pedicure, an attachment with a sharp shape and soft rigidity quickly and gently opens and polishes cracks, processes and removes calluses.
The diameter of the shank is standard for a milling machine – 2.35+0/-0.016 mm. The maximum permissible value of the rotation speed of the diamond nozzle is up to 30,000 rpm. It is important to follow the recommendations on the number of revolutions for a certain type of cutters and procedures – a cutter with a red notch can overheat and injure the client when working at high speeds.
Optimal speed for performing manicure procedures:
- Natural nails and skin, thousand rpm: 5-10 - filing, reducing thickness, grinding, polishing; 10-15 - removing cuticles, grinding side ridges, cleaning pockets.
- Artificial nails, thousand rpm: 15-20 - thickness removal, shaping; 20-25 - coating removal, design; 25-30 - free edge formation; more than 30 - individual types of design, other work.
- Pedicure, thousand rpm: 5-15 - removal of corns, skin polishing; 15-25 - cleaning cracks, removal of superficial calluses; 25-30 and more - work with core calluses, other types of work.
The cutter for filing nails and working with skin is recommended for experienced beginner nail artists, as it is safe when used correctly. The tool with a high-quality diamond coating is resistant to corrosion, can be sterilized and disinfected in various ways, except for the use of disinfectant solutions based on active oxygen.

Staleks Pro EXPERT "match" cuticle attachment (soft, universal): application
- Choose a tool based on the type of area being treated: cuticle lifter, grinding, length cutting, etc. It is also important to follow the recommended number of revolutions for a specific cutter to avoid overheating the tool and injuring the client.
- Do not throw or hit the heel pedicure cutter - this may cause the rotation center to shift and cause defects. A deformed attachment cannot be used.
- Check the milling cutter regularly for correct alignment, either visually or with a special tool.
- When working, use gloves, safety glasses or a shield.
Cleaning diamond bits
The Staleks Pro hardware manicure attachment can withstand all types of disinfection and sterilization (cold or hot).
- Remove the handle of the device immediately after use. Using a soft brush, carefully remove any remaining nail dust and other dirt. Try not to scratch the surface of the nozzle to avoid damage.
- To remove light dirt, the safe cuticle cutter is not washed with running water and a brush, so that possible pathogens do not spread with splashes.
- Disinfection: Prepare a disinfectant solution and dip the attachments according to the manufacturer's instructions for time and concentration. It is recommended to choose products that destroy hepatitis B, C and dermatomycosis viruses.
- Use a container with warm soapy water and a mild detergent. Soak heel cutters and other types of attachments in the solution for 10-15 minutes to soften any remaining dirt. You can use an ultrasonic bath for deep pre-sterilization cleaning.
- Sterilization. Place the tips in sterilization bags intended for tendon or autoclave containers to avoid damage and ensure proper air or steam circulation. at 180°C for 60 minutes, 160°C for 150 minutes.
- Autoclave sterilization time: at 120°C, 1.1 atm. pressure for 45 minutes; 132°C, 2 atm. pressure - 20 minutes. After autoclave sterilization, it is recommended to leave the instrument for 1 hour to cool down, so that sudden temperature changes do not damage the nozzle.
- Regularly check the autoclave or tendon performance with biological indicators to ensure sterilization is effective.
Storage of diamond bits
- Keep the attachments clean and dry in a sterile, closed container. Choose a dry storage location to prevent rust and mold.
- Avoid getting moisture, dust, loose and abrasive substances between the working surfaces of the cutter.
When to change the tool
If diamond bits are used, stored and cleaned correctly, their functionality will remain for 3-4 months. The metal will not be covered with corrosion, and the diamond coating will be uniform, without gaps. There should be no burrs or chips on the tip of sharp shapes.
- The working area has lost its abrasiveness, has become smooth in places or has become clogged with material. Chips have formed at the tip of sharp shapes.
- The material takes longer to remove than usual, you want to press more on the cutter to get results.
- The attachment vibrates and causes a burning sensation when removing the coating.
- Curvature of the nozzle. Cutters can become curved as a result of falls, long-term use, and be destroyed by aggressive disinfectants and high temperatures during sterilization. A curved nozzle knocks on the client's nail, becomes excessively hot due to vibration, which reduces the service life of the device handle.
