Staleks Pro EXPERT diamond cutter match blue, diameter 2.3 mm / working part 5 mm (FA120B023/5)
Staleks EXPERT diamond match cutter with blue notch 2.3 mm working part 5 mm - a medium abrasive tool with diamond coating for delicate skin treatment. The match shape is used for lifting and removing cuticles, treating lateral ridges and periungual sinuses, dusting out peelings without the risk of injuring the skin, removing cracks, calluses in pedicure. It is advisable not to work with a medium-hard abrasive on a natural nail.
The Staleks EXPERT medium-hardness match cuticle attachment is produced by spraying diamond grit onto a metal blank made of medical-grade stainless steel. Medium-fraction diamond grains are applied: they evenly and densely cover the entire working area without gaps or sticking in one place. The grit is fixed on the blank as a result of a galvanic process: a thin layer of nickel holds the diamond grains, making the connection strong and durable.
This spraying technology makes the tool hard and wear-resistant, eliminates unevenness on the surface of the working part. You should buy a diamond match cutter for manicure and pedicure because of the high-quality materials (steel and diamond chips) - it will last longer, and its center of rotation does not shift when working at high speeds of the cutter.
The attachment for hardware manicure and pedicure with medium abrasive is suitable for removing keratinized skin without damaging living tissue. It is possible to work with cuticles and side ridges with careful use without processing the natural nail. It is important to smoothly and gently move the tip along the area being processed, avoiding sudden movements and prolonged exposure to one place. In pedicure, an attachment with medium hardness processes cracks and calluses quite quickly.
The diameter of the shank is standard for a milling machine - 2.36 mm +0/-0.016 mm. The maximum permissible value of the rotation speed of the diamond nozzle is up to 30,000 rpm. It is important to follow the recommendations for the number of revolutions for the cuticle nozzle and each type of cutters and procedures - working at high speeds can cause overheating of the cutter, injury to the client.
Optimal speed for performing manicure procedures:
- Natural nails and skin, thousand rpm: 5-10 - filing, reducing thickness, grinding, polishing; 10-15 - removing cuticles, grinding side ridges.
- Artificial nails, thousand rpm: 15-20 - thickness removal, shaping; 20-25 - coating removal, design; 25-30 - free edge formation; more than 30 - individual types of design, other work.
- Pedicure, thousand rpm: 5-15 - removal of corns, skin polishing; 15-25 - cleaning cracks, removal of superficial calluses; 25-30 and more - work with core calluses, other types of work.

The tool with a high-quality diamond coating is safe, resistant to corrosion, it can be sterilized and disinfected in various ways, except for the use of disinfectant solutions based on active oxygen.

Cleaning diamond bits
Staleks can withstand all types of disinfection and sterilization (cold or hot).
- Remove the handle of the device immediately after use. Using a soft brush, carefully remove any remaining nail dust and other dirt. Try not to scratch the surface of the nozzle to avoid damage.
- To remove light dirt from the safe cuticle cutter and other types of attachments, it is not recommended to rinse them with running water using a brush, so as not to splash droplets with possible pathogens.
- Disinfection: Prepare a disinfectant solution and place the attachments in it, following the manufacturer's instructions for time and concentration. It is recommended to choose products that destroy hepatitis B, C and dermatomycosis viruses.
- Use a container of warm, soapy water and a mild detergent. Soak the cuticle lifter and other types of tips in the solution for 10-15 minutes to soften any remaining dirt. You can use an ultrasonic bath for a deeper pre-sterilization cleaning.
- Sterilization. Place the tips in sterilization bags intended for tendon or autoclave containers to avoid damage and ensure proper air or steam circulation. at 180°C for 60 minutes, 160°C for 150 minutes.
- Autoclave sterilization time: at 120°C, 1.1 atm. pressure for 45 minutes; 132°C, 2 atm. pressure - 20 minutes. After autoclave sterilization, it is recommended to leave the instrument for 1 hour to cool down, so that sudden temperature changes do not damage the nozzle.
- Regularly check the autoclave or tendon performance with biological indicators to ensure sterilization is effective.
Storage of diamond bits
- Store the attachments clean and dry in a sterile, closed container. Choose a dry storage location to prevent rust and mold.
- Avoid getting moisture, dust, and abrasives between the working surfaces of the cutters.
When to change the tool
If the cuticle cutter and other diamond bits are used, stored and cleaned correctly, they will remain functional for up to 3-4 months. The metal will not be covered with corrosion, and the diamond coating will be uniform, without gaps. There should be no burrs or chips on the tip of the sharp shapes.
When it's time to change attachments:
- The working area has lost its abrasiveness, has become smooth in places or has become clogged with material. Chips have formed at the tip of sharp shapes.
- The material takes longer to remove than usual, you want to press more on the cutter to get results.
- The attachment vibrates and causes a burning sensation when removing the coating.
- Curvature of the nozzle. Cutters for cracked heels, coating removal and other procedures can become curved as a result of falls, long-term use, and be destroyed by aggressive disinfectants and high temperatures during sterilization. A curved nozzle hits the client's nail hard, becomes excessively hot due to vibrations, which reduces the service life of the device handle.
