Recommendations for the use of the router Strong 90N:

  1. When you first start the router, you need to do an idle test - turn it on with a plug nozzle. Make sure that there is no roll and that the apparatus is in full working order and that it is ready for operation. Never use damaged nozzles to avoid injury.   
  2. Do not close the handle without a nozzle and turn on the handle without a nozzle ! Make sure the semi-automatic clamp is fully closed/latched (all the way). 
  3. Important! Switching reverse on the go is prohibited!  Wait for the complete stop of the micromotor to go into reverse.
  4. When working with large and heavy nozzles, the handle-tip wears out faster. Be careful when choosing nozzles. The lower the speed during operation, the longer the motor and nozzles will last.
  5. NOT RECOMMENDED!  to independently clean the internal cleaning of the micromotor. The tip has a rather complicated design for its analysis and collection. Internal cleaning is carried out in an oil-free way with the replacement of the necessary parts or their prevention. Do an external cleaning of the handle from dust after each client, especially near the passive blower to avoid overheating.
