Method of application: oxidizing emulsion (9% or 12%) is mixed with paint in a ratio of 2:1 for lightening in 3-4 tones. Use a non-metallic container for this. For stronger lightening, use an oxidizer with a lower concentration percentage. Keep the paint on the hair for 45 minutes. Not suitable for previously bleached hair.
