Warranty

The warranty for the product (equipment) is indicated in the product card, in the characteristics section.

Dear customers, in the event of a breakdown of an electrical appliance, do not be discouraged, carefully read the “Product Passport and Operation Manual” and contact the service centers indicated in it. Terms of diagnostics and repair are agreed between the buyer and the service center.

In the case when the diagnostics determines that the device was broken due to improper operation, the buyer pays for spare parts and repairs.

Repair and warranty service of electrical appliances is carried out by partner service centers of our store.
