Diffusion: Apply three to four drops to your diffuser.

Topical application: apply one or two drops to the desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.

Instructions for use

Massage: mix 3-5 drops of essential oil with 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable base oil
Jojoba or cream of your choice.
Baths: In a filled bath (37-38 °C), add 3-5 drops of essential oil pre-mixed with 1-2 tablespoons of an emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt). The time of the procedure is 10-15 minutes.
Sauna: To aromatize the air in the bath and sauna by applying 3-5 drops of essential oil to heated stones, dilute in 500 ml of water.
Room aromatization: Essential oil perfectly deodorizes the room. Add 3-5 drops (per 15 m²) of pure essential oil or its mixture to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle. The aroma will fill the room. In the absence of an aroma lamp, the oil can be applied to a napkin or added to a cup of hot water and placed on a heating radiator. Duration of the procedure is 15-30 minutes.
