Dry heat CJ 360 V is an affordable sterilizer that is widely used in beauty salons, manicure and hairdressing rooms. This is a more advanced model compared to the CH360T. The changes affected the system of regulation and temperature control, timer. Now these are not analog regulators, but a digital block with an LCD display and a digital (electronic) regulator. The setup is just as simple - just turn the knob and push it to start. A touch button is provided to turn the power on and off.

Instructions for using dry heat CJ 360 V:

1. Take the device out of the box, remove the packaging and place it in a convenient place away from flammable objects. The device must be stable.
2. Remove the blue film from the inside of the dryer .
3. Connect the power cord to the socket. Check that it does not dangle, held tightly.
4. Connect the machine to the mains.
5. Place the tray in the middle.
6. If you are using the machine for the first time, you should carry out a preparation cycle (see the section below for steps).
7. Tools must be laid in a dry and clean condition. Seal them in a kraft bag (in this case, the instruments can be stored for some time after sterilization) or place them in a tray without additional packaging (this method involves using the instruments immediately after the sterilization procedure). Close the lid tightly.
8. Set the required time and temperature. Recommended indicators: from 30 minutes at 180°C. When setting the time mode, take into account the fact that the sterilizer heats up to the required temperature for the first 10 minutes, and only in the subsequent time does complete sterilization occur.
9. The machine will start working when both parameters (temperature and time) are set.
10. At the end of the work, carefully open the lid without touching the body itself. Using two rings, pry the tray over the protruding sides and remove it from the tank.
11. Unplug the appliance from the mains and let it cool down.

How to conduct a preparatory cycle

Turn on the dry heat without loading at a temperature of about 200 ° C for about 20 minutes. The lid must be open and the machine must be in a well-ventilated place. It will emit an unpleasant odor, which will go away after the first or second use.

Tips for safe use of the sterilizer:

• do not leave the device in a place accessible to children;
• do not touch the case during operation;
• do not leave flammable objects near the dry heat;
• unplug the appliance from the mains after each use.
